If our products do not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us at sales@sparkitusa.com. We would like the opportunity to address any issues you may encounter.
In the event that we cannot resolve the matter, we will gladly refund your money once we receive the returned products. Please note that returns for powders are accepted within 30 days from the date on your invoice. We can only accept returns on unopened packets, boxes, and master cartons.
